Abstract:
Experiments at the National Ignition Facility will require a variety of target
diagnostics, and x-ray imaging will be one of the most important classes of
diagnostics. Various types of x-ray imaging techniques will be used, in conjunction
with various types of detectors. This talk will review some of these x-ray
imaging techniques and their associated requirements for x-ray optics and
x-ray detectors.
